The website conducts only advertising mediation and does not participate in sales processes. halalcompanies.com does not guarantee in any way that successful sales will result from the advertisements.

By posting or browsing advertisements on the site, you agree that halalcompanies.com is only providing an advertising platform.

The goal of halalcompanies.com is to ensure that only Muslim service providers offer halal services. This is a credible and ethical approach that builds on the support and trust of the Muslim community. Advertisements from users of other religious affiliations will be deleted, which our identification system attempts to guarantee (detailed in point 8). This is because the website’s service is specific. At least one Muslim must benefit from any service. We aim to strengthen Muslim service providers.

If you are in the Philippines, Belarus, or any other jurisdiction where matrimonial intermediary services are prohibited, you guarantee, declare, and commit that you will not use the Service and the Website for any purpose that contradicts the legal provisions prohibiting matrimonial intermediaries. You hereby acknowledge and accept that you bear the sole responsibility for ensuring that you do not violate the legal provisions prohibiting matrimonial intermediaries, and you further acknowledge and accept that you will be liable for any damages resulting from non-compliance with laws prohibiting matrimonial intermediaries.

1.2. Registration: The service requires registration, which is only available to individuals over the age of 18.

1.3. The free user package allows the use of only certain features, while additional features require a subscription.

2.2. halalcompanies.com does not take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or contemporaneity of the advertisement content. halalcompanies.com cannot guarantee that the advertisements do not contain errors, omissions, or misleading information. Advertisers guarantee that the data they share is accurate and that they have the right to share it.

2.3. It is prohibited to post advertisements that violate laws, moral standards, or the rights of third parties. This includes misleading, violent, immoral, indecent content, content inconsistent with Islamic religion, or illegal content. Thus, halalcompanies.com is not obliged to publish any advertisement that the admin of halalcompanies.com deems unsuitable for the halal business community.

2.4. The admin of the website may request modifications to an advertisement. If not modified, the admin will not display the advertisement until it meets the required standards for the halal community. This is solely at the admin’s discretion.

2.5. The matrimonial intermediary category on halalcompanies.com may be used only by individuals with a clean criminal record.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

3.1. Under no circumstances shall halalcompanies.com be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the advertisements posted on the website.

3.2. halalcompanies.com is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the advertisements or the use of the site, including, but not limited to, loss of business or loss of profit.

3.3. The advertisers are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, or adherence of the products or services featured in the advertisements. halalcompanies.com does not take responsibility for the quality of these products or services. Advertisers guarantee that they own the copyrights to the content they share.

3.4. Virus Protection: Users are required to ensure their advertisements are virus-free. halalcompanies.com accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by viruses. Please actively manage virus protection.

3.5. Profile Content: Users are responsible for the content of their profiles and the information they share.

4. Contact and Complaint Handling

4.2. We strive to investigate and resolve complaints as quickly as possible. As part of our complaint handling policy, we pledge to review and respond to every report within 15 working days of receipt.

4.3. halalcompanies.com only displays advertisements in the matrimonial intermediary category; it does not make recommendations. Profiles are activated after verification (see section 8).

The matrimonial intermediary category is available to any Muslim who complies with the terms of use.

5. Shipping and Warranties

5.1. halalcompanies.com is not responsible for the shipping of products advertised. All shipping-related matters should be arranged directly with the advertiser.

5.2. halalcompanies.com does not provide warranties for the products or services advertised. Any warranty claims must be negotiated directly with the advertiser. Fulfilling any warranty conditions stated in the advertisements is solely the responsibility of the advertiser.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. halalcompanies.com is committed to protecting your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties unless such disclosure is necessary due to a legal violation committed by you.

6.2. By using the website, you accept that halalcompanies.com may collect and use your personal data in accordance with legal regulations.

7. Modifications and Updates

7.1. halalcompanies.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Notice of modifications will be posted on the website, and the modified terms will take effect from that point forward. Users are responsible for regularly checking the current terms.

8. Identification

8.1. halalcompanies.com was established to strengthen Muslim businesses, and thus, users applying for registration need to be verified. !!! Verification is required !!! The mosque where you pray can issue such verification. Some mosques already provide QR code identification. Mosques with QR codes receive a 20% share of the advertising fee as the first communal benefit. This amount is transferred by halalcompanies.com to the bank account of the beneficiary mosque. Only users verified by a mosque can post advertisements. Each user must obtain the mosque’s QR code themselves, and it is strictly prohibited to share it with third parties. Explanation: The mosque provides every Muslim with a QR code to verify their Muslim identity for registration on halalcompanies.com. However, sharing this QR code with anyone who is not Muslim is forbidden. Violation of this rule results in immediate exclusion and a penalty of €100,000.

8.2. Muslim entrepreneurs providing professional services, such as electricians, are asked to submit a copy of their professional certificate.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising from the use of halalcompanies.com are governed by local laws, and the courts of the respective jurisdiction have exclusive authority.

9.2. Users and advertisers must first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation before taking the matter to court.
